You can have every piece of data CreatorsBrains holds about you or one of your connected accounts deleted, in three ways. Whichever you choose, deletion of stored tokens is immediate and deletion of cached statistics completes within 30 days.
These three ways cover the accounts a creator connects. If you filled in a booking form or booked a call with a creator who uses CreatorsBrains, see section 4; if you are a team member, see section 5.
1. Disconnect an account from CreatorsBrains
- Open your creator's page in CreatorsBrains.
- In the connected networks section, open the account and click Revoke.
- The stored tokens are deleted immediately and the platform is notified of the revocation.
2. Remove the app from the platform itself
- Instagram — Settings → Website permissions → Apps and Websites → remove CreatorsBrains. Meta then sends us a signed deletion request and we erase the account's data automatically. You receive a confirmation code, and can check the status of the request on this page's status endpoint provided in the confirmation.
- Google / YouTube — remove CreatorsBrains' access via Google security settings, then email us (option 3) if you also want cached statistics removed before the 30-day window.
- TikTok — Settings → Security → Apps and services → remove CreatorsBrains.
3. Email us
Write to [email protected] from the email address associated with your CreatorsBrains workspace, naming the account(s) to erase. We confirm completion within 30 days.
4. If you filled in a booking form or booked a call
Write to [email protected] from the email address you used in the form, or give the phone number you used, and name the creator whose form it was. Within 30 days we delete your form answers (partial answers included), your contact details, your bookings, the recordings and transcripts of your calls, their AI-written notes and the messages sent to you, we remove your calls from the team's scheduling calendar, and we tell the creator's workspace. Invitations already in your own calendar are yours to delete.
To stop receiving SMS right away, reply STOP to any of them.
5. If you are a team member
- Your CreatorsBrains account is deleted like any other: ask your workspace's administrator, or email us as in option 3. Your personal data is removed within 30 days; the bookings and calls you hosted stay with the workspace that owns them.
- To cut CreatorsBrains' access to the Google Calendar used for scheduling, remove it in Google security settings. Bookings can then no longer be written to that calendar, and the tokens we held for it stop working.
